Memories Rooms

Memories Rooms are a museum tour of the history and memory of the twentieth century in Siena set up in the Casermetta, so called by the Sienese since 1943-1944 it was the seat of the political police of the Italian Social Republic. Citizens suspected of anti-fascism were taken to this place to be interrogated and tortured, from here started punitive expeditions against partisans.
